Here’s some of the things they’ve been doing to stay on trend. The finish is now applied flat lined. This results in a thicker, more durable application that’ll outlast the competitions. Since the cabinets are made in their factory making changes to keep up with current door style trends is easy to do versus those who outsource. Koch has been able to simplify cabinet construction while keeping it stronger with a ½” back, making it more durable than competitors at similar price levels. Getting rid of the middle style on wall cabinets has not only added more space and accessibility, but looks much cleaner. As far as hardware goes Koch now offers plenty of premium upgrades. Self-closing drawer guides, under mount drawer guides, concealed hinges, and soft closing hinges just to name a few.
